UK SHIPPING

MOT uses DPD Express shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. For next-day shipping, orders must be placed by 2 p.m. - orders placed after 2 p.m. will ship on the next business day. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MOT uses DHL Express shipping on all international orders including Europe. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties and taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on your country, unless otherwise indicated on moodofthought.com. Please allow 1 to 5 business days to receive your order depending on your destination. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

Items purchased on moodofthought.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, tag attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the original waybill document of export found in the parcel to add to the returned shipment.To initiate a domestic or international return,please contact orders@moodofthought.com stating your reason for return and to receive and print your return label, fill the return form, and schedule a pick-up. Refunds will be credited back by using the original payment method or given as a form of a credit note for a duration of one year. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of moodofthought.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair or material replacement. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size and/or colour. If you have a specific exchange request, please contact orders@moodofthought.com and we will try to put your selected style and size on hold.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PREORDERS

Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Bag"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
